Activity 1:Today i'm going to talk about rubbish

Every day when we walk around taupo there is rubbish so i want to talk about how we can stop this.

1.pick up all the bits and pieces so your neighbourhood can look spotless

2.put nice decorations so your neighbourhood can look clean.

3.you can ask someone to help you pick it up.

Activity 2: This is me sleeping.I sleep for a long time and when i wake up i´m super tired so i go back to sleep.Sometimes i come to school late because i'm too tired to get up and get  ready that's why i come to school late thanks guys and girls.

Bonus Activity:I learned a lot on my trip, travelling around New Zealand and visiting other areas which I haven’t heard about in a while. As I was travelling around New Zealand I like lots of things over there but here is my 3 best things in New Zealand are.

1. KareKare waterfall Karekare Waterfall is one of my bestest choices but it just nice and cool because you can just relax in the water and just see the bird eating your food. Rangitoto is a wonderful mountain you can walk up to the top and just see the view that looks super cool . I think as I was learning about Rangitoto I just felt like going up onto Rangitoto.Thanks

2. Tane Mahuta known as a big Kauri tree I love it so much because it was just so big it felt like if i went there it will fall on me.

I learned lots about the Great Spotted Kiwi. I just like how we travelled around the world and just some places where I learn some new things about New Zealand and how much new zealand has around mother nature thanks and good buy.

1.what i like from matariki is the dances

2.We have celebrated matariki at our school glenbrae and i like all the songs and mostly the food.

3.I would like fireworks Because it looks very super and amazing when it blows up in the sky.

Bonus Activity:As part of the Matariki festival, there is a two day Kapa Haka competition. The haka is a traditional war dance that Maori performed before going into battle. The haka is now performed by children and adults in the community and by professional sporting teams including our national rugby team, the ‘All Blacks.’  The All Blacks have performed various haka over the years. Activity 1:Today i am going to tell you a story.This story is about i'm in the forest all alone and i walk buy something mysteries and i walk up to it as the moment  i soo it i got super scared and i run as fast as i can and wondering what was that i stopped for a moment and i went back to that place and soo it what that thing was i was wondering .When i got there i was so scared i didn’t want to check it out and i said are you a scaredy cat got check it out and find out what is that so i did i was walking up to it with fear and when i soo it i was frightened for a moment and i realised it was a kiwi and i kept it as a pet and we lived happily ever after the end.

Activity 2:today i am going to talk about some one special.1.his name is sonny bill williams  2.he was born in Auckland .3.He is a famous because he plays rugby good and a great boxxer.4.He first signed with New Zealand Rugby in 2010 earned his first All Blacks cap that year and now has 33 Tests under his belt along with two Rugby World Cup winners medals in 2011 and 2015.5.New Zealand-born rugby footballer and heavyweight boxer. He spent his rugby with a number of different teams competing in the both in rugby league and union.

Bonus Activity:I will enjoy going to otago Rail Trail because you can get fit and you can play and do so much fun stuff.

Activity 1:Welcome back guys and girls to  winter learning journey!.Today i am going to talk about Farewell Spit and Picton.This is where the ferry dropped them off to a beautiful beach called Golden Bay.Farewell Spit is a straight sand spit at the northern end of the Golden Bay South Island of New Zealand.The picturesque seaside town of Picton is the South Island base for the ferry service that links the main islands of New Zealand. It’s also the gateway to the marine, forest and island attractions of the Marlborough Sounds. Built around a very sheltered harbour the town has an attractive seafront dotted with cafes and restaurants and various types of galleries.

Activity 2:This story was about in the olden days the man waited for a leader to  be born. Which one will travel on a whale's back and his name was Paikea. Paikea had a special born baby about to become chief. They were waiting for a son but  the  boy was a girl. As that girl got older she wanted to become the chief but she was a female which only boys can be chiefs. She trained almost everyday and she will become a whale rider and a chief.  

Bonus Activity:Hector’s dolphins one of the smallest dolphins in the world Hector’s dolphins grow to 1.5 m in long.This dolphins are rare to find and there is not that much left because the  dolphins swim in the fisherman's net and get caught and they eat the dolphins for breakfast,lunch and dinner so i think they should band this madness

Activity 1: Today i am going to adopt the great spotted kiwi.His name is going to be jake and he eats earthworms and larvae and cicadas they also eat centipedes, spiders, beetles, weta, snails and drink fresh water and eat crayfish. Some small fallen fruit and leaves are eaten.

Activity 2:Today we are going to talk about possums Brushtail possums are marsupials from Australia. marsupials are animals with pouches the female possums are pregnant for 16-18 days before their baby is born baby possums sucks Their mother's milk for 4-5months when the baby is big it takes rides on there mother´s back until it is 7-9 months

Activity 1:Rangitoto  is the youngest volcano island in auckland.I have seen a video from a website called Rangitoto island.also i have learnt some facts about Karekare beach In 1993, Jane Campion’s Oscar won The Piano made Karekare an international star, with all the people talking about the beautiful black-sand beach.You can’t forget the kauri tracks that is Located in  Waipoua Forest in the Northland region and clean foot wear before going exploring so you can protect the kauri trees.This is the video website Tane Mahuta

Activity 2:There was a Girl/woman that sailed around the world  it took her 18 days at sea and at the age of 16 that is a amazing thing to do sailing around the whole world. :)

Activity 1:With a patchwork history of Maori, European and Pacific Islands and with Asian cultures New Zealand has became a pot that's melting population but someone with some uniting features being the only one of its kind unlike anything else.

Geographically, over three-quarters of the population live in the North Island, with only one-third of the population is living in New Zealand.The other remaining  cities of Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton are where the majority of the remaining Kiwis dwell.
